Fees & Funding Information

At Little Me Preschool, we believe in being open and transparent with our families about how our sessions and funding work. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about funding, fees, and optional contributions that help us continue to provide inspiring environments and rich learning experiences for your little ones.

Funding Options

15 Hours Funded (Term Time Only)

For eligible 2, 3 and 4-year-olds. These hours can be used during our term-time sessions only.

30 Hours Funded (Stretched Over 48 Weeks)

Families eligible for 30 hours funding can stretch these hours across 48 weeks of the year, helping with consistent childcare throughout the year.

Funded Hours Available Between:

9:00am – 4:00pm

Wraparound Care

We offer wraparound care outside of funded hours for those who need a little extra flexibility.

Care before 9:00am or after 4:00pm is charged at £7.00 per hour.

Our Braintree setting is open 8:00am – 6:00pm.

Our Silver End setting is open 8:00am-4:00pm

Snacks & Lunch

Snack Contribution:

£1.50 per single session or £2.00 per double session

(Parents are also welcome to provide their own snacks.)

Lunch:

We ask parents to provide a packed lunch for their child each day if attending between 12pm-1pm.

Additional Contributions

Tapestry Online Learning Journal

£2.00 per week, which helps towards the cost of your child’s online learning journey.

(Parents may opt out if they prefer.)

Consumables Fee

£25.00 per month, contributing towards resources, creative materials and day-to-day consumables used in our Curiosity Approach environment.

(Parents may opt out and choose to donate items instead if they wish.)

A Little Note

All contributions are voluntary, and we will always work in partnership with families to ensure every child can access the rich experiences Little Me Preschool offers.
